I need to mix my dinner idea's up a bit.
After having Ava, we have pretty much had dinner at home 99% of the days (for 2 months now!).
This is unusual for us, as we love to eat out often.
Anyways, with the new baby, it's not ideal to go out so often.
So,... Msg me/or Reply to this E-mail with your favorite "quick fixes" or "under 30 minute" meal idea (s) please! (no detail's needed, just ideas. :-))
I need a Spring Cleaning, in the Dinner Department! :-)

How about chicken enchiladas?
Cooking is hard when there's a new baby! This is a recipe I started making recently.
Marinate sliced pork in minced ginger with one part mirin, one part cooking sake, one part soy sauce. Even a half hour is enough! Then fry it until all the meat is cooked. Eat wrapped in lettuce leaves. Easy and deliscious!
I can't figure out how to email you - yes, I'm that much of a dork. Anyways, I'm the one who saw you the other day in front of the NEX. :)
My quick fix is lasagna roll ups or beef and broccoli. Have you ever looked at the pioneer woman? She's got some great recipes on her site! I also get a lot from foodgawker or tasty kitchen!

Thanks Everyone for the suggestions. I have REALLy trying to try new things, it's FUN!
If you haven't tried Chicken Paprikash, you should! I grew up eating it and it's very easy to make and can be served with anything.(potatoes, rice, pasta, barley, mini egg dumplings)
another quick dinner we usually have is oven baked fries (tossed in olive oil and baked for about 40 minutes or until crispy) with breaded fish fillets.
